10 Minute Bear Plank at Home Workout for Martial Artist

This ten minute bear plank workout routine is great for martial artist looking to improve their core strength and balance! Start the bear plank by placing your hand beneath your shoulders and your knees below your hips and raise your knees a few inches above the ground. Keep your core tight, your back straight, and your hips still.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest in-between each exercise:

  • Bear Plank

  • Bear Squat

  • Leg Lift

  • Shoulder Tap

  • Bear Crunch

  • Hand to Knee Tap

  • Bear Plank to High Plank

  • Sit-Outs Bear

  • Plank to Groiner

  • Bear Plank
