Residents of Dover, NH and surrounding towns are invited to a self-defense seminar for teens and adults hosted by Leith Karate Academy on Friday, April 14 from 6:30pm-7:30pm. During this seminar we will be covering basic self-defense techniques in a fun and safe setting. Workout clothes/clothes you are comfortable moving around in are recommended.
Please pre-register. We ask that any participant under the age of 18 be joined by a parent or guardian.
